• “Wild Yeast”
• Yellow gold-Lime, lemon, capsicum, herbs and some asparagus on the nose
• Herbaceous notes and tinned peas following on the palate with a white pepper bite to the finish
• Excellent now, but will age well for at least 5 more years

WINE & FOOD : Semillon works well with seafood, especially shellfish, pork, veal, chicken, game birds or dishes with cream sauces. Cheese, hard and soft is another great pairing.
